      Publishing Content via the Partner Dashboard

      This is a guide on how to deliver your files using the Informit Partner Dashboard. The Partner Dashboard has replaced the Delivery Box system.  

      The Delivery Box system has been decommissioned. Your Delivery Box username and password can’t be used to access the Partner Dashboard.  

      Accessing the new system

      The partner dashboard is integrated with the Informit platform, meaning that access requires an Informit account.  

      Please use the email address that you supplied to Informit when setting up your Publisher account. This will be your email address that receives file-related emails from Informit.  

      If you do not currently have an Informit account with this address, you can create one here: https://rmit.scienceconnect.io/register

      Once you log in, you will be taken to your Partner Dashboard homepage and will see your name and organisation at top right.  

      Delivering your files

      All your files for all your titles are delivered in one central location. You no longer need to search for titles or issues.  

      Add Comments 

      Add additional information for Informit along with the file, if required. Comments must be added before selecting the upload button and cannot be added later. 

      Please select the Upload Your Files Button after adding files. 

      Completed upload

      Once you've uploaded your file to the dashboard, a confirmation of the uploaded file name appear beneath the Uploaded file details text. 

      Show upload history 

      Files that have been delivered via Partner Dashboard and attached to a title and issue can be viewed in by selecting Show Upload History from the Partner Dashboard homepage. 

      *Note: Upload history from the old Delivery Box is not available via the Partner Dashboard. Please contact us if you require information on older file submissions.
