Partner Dashboard FAQ

Common questions relating to usage of Informit's Partner Dashboard

1. I need to swap, remove, withdraw or edit a delivered file  

Uploaded files can be removed if done immediately. Once a file has been attached to a title or issue it can no longer be removed without assistance from our Resource Managers.  

You may provide a replacement file via the Partner Dashboard if the original contains errors. Add a comment to the new file before uploading and include information about pages that must be replaced.

2. My file was rejected 

Uploaded files must comply with our [submission guide] for our system to accept them.  

If your files do comply with our guidelines and they are still being rejected, please contact us at production.informit@rmit.edu.au
