Insights returning a 401 error

Steps to resolve 401 authentication error with Insights

To provide data from Insights, Informit uses Cookies to authenticate your user against data to which you have access. 

If you see the below error, it is likely because your browser is blocking cookies in some way:

In order to resolve this, please enable third party cookies in your browser, clear your cache, and re-attempt access.
