# Accessibility
## Informit is proud to offer a wide range of educational articles and videos to support your learning journey. While we don’t yet have built-in accessibility features like read-aloud or translation options, we’re actively working to improve our site.
### **Making Informit Explore More Accessible for You**
**In the meantime, there are plenty of third-party tools available that can help you customise your reading and viewing experience to better suit your needs.**
**Using Informit’s E-Reader**
While our e-reader doesn’t currently include read-aloud or translation features, you can adjust the text size by zooming in and out for better readability. For even more customisation, you can copy any text and paste it into third-party tools like Speechify or Microsoft Word, which come with built-in accessibility options.
**Downloading Articles as PDFs**
You can download articles in PDF format to use with your preferred accessibility tools. Once downloaded, these documents can be customised using third-party software to meet your unique needs. Please note that video content cannot currently be downloaded.
**Closed Captions in Videos**
Closed captions are made available in our television recordings when they are provided by free-to-air broadcasters. To activate available captions, click on the settings cog in the bottom-right corner of the video player and select 'English' from the 'subtitles' menu. Advice on the cost of commissioning captions for other recordings is available upon request.
**Our Commitment to Accessibility**
At Informit, we’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible platform. While we currently rely on third-party tools for features like read-aloud and translation, we’re continuously working on bringing these capabilities in-house. We know how important accessibility is and are dedicated to making Informit Explore a space where everyone can thrive.
