Database selection

Select and deselect databases to search

By default you will be searching all active databases your institution has access to.

Archive index databases are not selected by default. If you would like to include records from these databases in your search, select the Archive Index database check box or select them individually.

Alternatively you can click on “Select databases I have access to”. Then click on “Use selected database” button.

To limit your search to specific databases:

Step 1
Click on the CHANGE DATABASES button on the home page or the advanced search screen.

Change database

Step 2
Select which databases you would like to limit your search to. The database selection lists are organised “Browse by Type” or “Browse by Name”.

You can individually select or deselect the checkboxes or choose Select all, Clear all or Select databases I have access to.
